Franceska holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a Minor in International Tourism, as well as a Master’s in Floral Design. Combining her knowledge of the hospitality industry with her creative expertise, she has worked with top-tier hotels, luxury retail brands, and royalty to create unforgettable floral experiences and lived across three continents and traveled to more than 50 countries.

As the founder of Franzie’s Flower Friends, a non-profit sister company, Franceska’s mission extends beyond business, blending her artistry with community impact. She is also the visionary behind Petals to Profit, a signature program that helps floral designers turn their passion into a thriving business without relying on weddings.

Through her work, Franceska is dedicated to teaching florists how to scale their businesses, attract high-value corporate clients, and create consistent income with ease—no matter where they are in their journey.
